Delivery Policy

Welcome to Makex – part of Makex AB.
Here we describe how we handle shipping, delivery times, and what you can expect when ordering your 3D-printed building kits from us.
1. Shipping and Delivery MethodWe send all packages with PostNord within Sweden.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, volume, and delivery address. The cost is clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We currently offer delivery within Sweden only. If you want delivery to another country, please contact us at info@makex.se and we will look into the possibilities.
2. Processing TimeOnce you have placed your order and payment has been approved, we begin processing your order.
Normal processing time is 1–3 business days.
This means we pack and hand over your package to PostNord within this time (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that longer processing times may occur during peak periods, for special orders, or if a product is temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.
3. Delivery TimeOnce PostNord has received your package, the normal delivery time is within 7 business days to most addresses in Sweden.
The total delivery time from the order date is therefore usually 3–10 business days, depending on when we hand over the package.
Example:
If you order on a Monday → the package is handed over no later than Thursday → delivery to you is normally during the following week.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on PostNord’s workload, your address, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery day, but we always strive to meet the stated times.
4. TrackingWhen we hand over your package to PostNord, you will receive a tracking number by email.
With the tracking number, you can follow your package on PostNord’s website or app.
5. Unclaimed PackagesIf you do not collect your package within PostNord’s specified time (usually 14 days), it will be returned to us.
In such cases, we will charge you for the return shipping + a handling fee equal to the regular shipping cost.
We therefore recommend that you collect your package as soon as possible after receiving notification.
6. DelaysIf the delivery is delayed, we will notify you by email as soon as we have information from PostNord.
In the event of significant delays (more than 14 days after the stated delivery time), you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund if you do not wish to wait longer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by PostNord or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
7. Damaged Package on DeliveryIf the package is visibly damaged when you receive it, you should not accept it without immediately noting the damage to the courier or service point.
Then contact us as soon as possible at info@makex.se with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will assist you further.
